Character illustrations have long been a key part of Via’s brand, but it required a refresh and a more defined system. Working with a small team, we redesigned the characters with a focus on consistency and scalability, creating a cohesive illustration library used across consumer-facing marketing. We also use character illustrations for swag, which is distributed through direct mail boxes or at events and conferences. The updated style maintains a friendly, approachable tone while strengthening overall brand cohesion.
