Character illustrations have long been a key part of Via’s brand, but the challenge was maintaining consistency and scalability within an evolving brand system. Working with a small team, we refreshed the illustration style and established a more defined framework, creating a cohesive character library for consumer-facing marketing. The updated system is flexible enough to extend to swag and event materials, while preserving a friendly, approachable tone along with overall brand cohesion.
