I designed and storyboarded a series of instructional GIFs to support a blog post announcing the launch of Mode Preference in Via’s Remix product. This feature enables dispatchers and schedulers to configure transit systems to prioritize either microtransit or fixed-route service. The visuals were created to clearly communicate complex functionality in an accessible, user-friendly way.
